The communication was excellent from start to finish . Small issues arose but were taken care of right away . The house could have been cleaner. Both dishwashers were full with dirty dishes and the dead bugs on the windowsills and floor perimeters should have been cleaned up

I sincerely apologize that the home felt like it was not cleaned to the standard you expected. I’ll be reviewing these concerns with our cleaning team to help ensure they are not repeated. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
