Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Hiram W. Ricker House was built for the owners of the resort and now part of part of the Poland Spring Historic District.

Great lodging space for winter activities! Cross country ski and snowshoe right from your door! Groomed trails right on the Poland Spring property, and snowmobile trails nearby! A quick drive to the Oxford Casino, local restaurants and shopping!
The space
4 bedrooms, all on the 2nd floor, a sofa bed and 1/2 bath located on the first floor. Lots of room in the living room and parlor for relaxing and visiting with friends or family!

The perfect place for our family to gather and all stay comfortably and visit with each other. Ample kitchen space and amenities for us to eat in every day & play games at the large table after dinner. Will stay here again!
