Welcome to Freeport Landing, a delightful 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home perfect for families and pet lovers alike. Nestled in the serene community of Durham, Maine, 10min from Freeport, this spacious residence offers both comfort and convenience. This property is dog-friendly, so your furry friends are more than welcome to enjoy the space alongside you. The home features a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living areas. Dive into relaxation with your very own private pool. POOL CLOSED 9/12-5/15. This inviting home boasts four well-sized bedrooms, providing ample room for everyone to relax and unwind. The two bathrooms are thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of busy households. All bedrooms have fresh clean linens for every stay. Bathrooms are outfitted with clean towels and basic daily essentials.
On the main level of the home you have an inviting living area that looks out over the pool. Here there is comfortable furniture where you can relax and watch tv.
Then you will walk through to the very well equipped bakers kitchen! You will have everything you need for your families stay for all meals and any type of baking you may wish to do. Next to the kitchen is a 6 place setting dining table to enjoy your meals.
There is a full bathroom located on this level. Right next to the bathroom is a kids room with a spacious bunk bed.
If you would like to relax and unwind, the sitting room with the piano is the perfect room!
Downstairs in the basement you have a very large TV which is perfect for movies and hanging out.
The washer and dryer are also located in the basement.
On the top floor of the home there are 3 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Outside you will enjoy the spacious open deck with ample seating overlooking the welcoming pool area. The pool is the highlight of the backyard and perfect for the hot summer days. You will have full private use of the pool from Mid May to the beginning of September.
We are a dog friendly home with plenty of room for your dogs to relax and enjoy vacation as well.
The home is 10 minutes to downtown Freeport shops & restaurants; close to area beaches, hiking, and many rural attractions. You will be 15 minutes to Yarmouth or Brunswick, and 30 minutes to downtown Portland!

Family fun

We came to this area for a family wedding. Decided to stay here because of the distance to the venue and pool! Place exceeded our expectations!! So clean and close to Freeport was a plus! Loved all the little extras for us in the house. Would definitely stay again highly recommend!

We had a very nice week in Maine, visiting with family. Freeport Landing was clean and spacious and our host was friendly and responsive. The dogs enjoyed their stay also!

Very comfortable home with luxe bed and bath linens in a quiet location within an easy drive to Portland and Freeport. The house was spotless on arrival - no sign of dog hair even though this rental is pet friendly. Lee was a gracious host who responded promptly when we needed to contact her.

This property was so amazing and made even more extra special by the exceptional "hostess with the mostess" Lee! Her helpful communication and offers of guidance about the area, along with obliging some of our accommodation requests for extension, went above and beyond! The property is absolutely beautiful, spacious, private, and very well-stocked in a prime location for shopping/dining/tourist interests. It’s a nice house. Lots of supplies. Be aware the stairs to the second floor bedrooms is quite steep. It was close to Freeport.

I think the bedrooms are well sized, there is a crib for the littles, and the backyard deck and pool area is very inviting. In the non-summer months, it is still a warm and comfortable place that is so convenient to several other towns and attractions.
