This place was fantastic, so clean and inviting. Who ever built this place was an artist, drywall work was amazing and it was the perfect size for us to have a long weekend. The property was also cool because even though we were in a neighborhood we felt secluded and alone. This place was so cool it has definitely become one of my top places to stay.

Impromptu staycation

Great location, very close to downtown. The hosts have thought of everything you could need in this tiny house. The layout was spacious, perfect for a couple to cuddle up in. All the creature comforts of home with a chick bungalow feel. The space was clean and neat, everything at your fingertips and grounds were well taken care of. Do not hesitate to book this little gem.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The little double-recliner loveseat in the living room is so comfortable!!! The soft addition of the throw blanket was very homey to use on the couch. And the mini-split AC/heater system for each room was wonderfully versatile. We used both heat and AC over the course of our January stay. The host was super accommodating, quick-responsive and very kind. If we come back to this area in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Wedding event

We arrived and were pleasantly surprised how this little gem had so much to offer. We grabbed the beach chairs and towels for the beach. In the freezer was an ice pack ready to go. The home is set back from the road and neighbors were quiet. We had everything we needed

Oberall great facility

I do want to note that if you have a large vehicle this might not be the place to rent. I own an El XLT Expedition and didnt quite fit. We made it work though. Every thing else was great. Quite, clean, spacious property.would recommend.

The house was cute unfortunately the toilet was dirty, it was freezing cold and the neighborhood was very sketchy. We did not stay, leaving after 20 minutes. The host did respond to my complaint, but did not offer a partial refund.

Response from VrboOwner on 29 March 2026
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. Regarding the temperature, the home is equipped with two fully functioning heating and cooling systems that work very well, and we did not receive any prior notice during your stay that there was an issue. While we always do our best to ensure comfort, we’re unfortunately not able to control outdoor weather conditions. Concerning cleanliness, we take this very seriously. The home was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and we have time-stamped photos confirming the toilet and all areas were in clean condition. As for the neighborhood, while it may feel different depending on personal perspective, it is a safe area and accurately represented in the listing.

Liked: Location
The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. We had what we needed. Communication was good and instructions were clear. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice perk. The only downside is the location. The neighborhood is not the best and a little rundown. There are a few restaurants within walking distance but not much more than that.
