In the mountains yet close enough for a quick drive or uber to enjoy the many restaurants and breweries of downtown. Thoughtfully designed and decorated with the vacationer in mind. Relax on one of the two outdoor decks, fire pit, play cornhole, or stay cozy inside enjoying the view.

Beautiful Modern Mountain Home

We enjoyed our stay. Brand new modern home convenient to all things Asheville has to offer. We stayed for the weekend with a few friends and had a great time. Home is very clean, plenty of space to spend time together and beds were very comfortable. We visit Asheville often and would highly consider this home for our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view was spectacular, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was amazing with the fire tables and fire pit — perfect for relaxing at night. Close to town but still peaceful and minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway. We didn’t need four-wheel drive, and the house manual was full of great tips and suggestions. Would definitely stay here again!

We both work as Finance/Accounting professionals and in our spare time we enjoy hiking, traveling, trying out new breweries/restaurants, and spending time with our three year old son.

Why they chose this property

Town Mountain has always been my dream location to live in Asheville. It's quiet and located up in the mountains, yet so close to downtown. It's really the best of both! There's also usually no traffic to get to downtown, as it's one city maintained road directly into downtown with no red lights. It's also a great location for road biking, especially on the back neighborhood roads, and lots of wildlife! You have a good chance of seeing a black bear during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Location. This house is located up in the mountains, yet only 3 miles to downtown. It's also a beautiful, brand new build finished in August 2024 (right before Helene hit). We invested in building this home specifically with short term rental vacationers in mind with high tech modern appliances and features. There are several outdoor areas, including two outdoor decks and a fire pit, to enjoy the serene mountains with your friends and family - as well as group tv and dining areas to gather around inside.
