Great spot, within easy walking distance of downtown AVL. Very clean property, easy to come and go into the upstairs entrance. I would definitely stay here again.
My mother and I stayed one night during a road trip and we had a very comfortable stay. It was decorated beautifully and it had everything we needed. I highly recommended this little place!
What a great house and walkable to downtown for a show. Beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen, easy check in, great communication with the owner. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed staying at this home and would highly recommend it. The location is wonderful for easy walks to downtown Asheville. We were two couples, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We really enjoyed sitting on the front patio. Great place!
The entire home was fully equipped with more than what visitors would need. It was clean, welcoming and very nicely decorated. The porch and backyard deck are set up perfectly for comfort and relaxation.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope to host you again in the future!
Really cute place. Very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of coffee and tea selections. It’s walkable, but it’s a rather hilly area, so we opted to drive to the cute area close by. FYI-There is a flight of steps up to the entry door.
Holly sent us all the information in good time and we were extremely impressed by amenities of the property. It was within walking distance of downtown Ashville. The proprty was very clean and well presented and had everything and more for our stay.
The house was nice, clean and suited our needs. We flew into Asheville for our nephews wedding and decided to spend one night in Asheville. We didn't spend much time at the house, other than sleeping and showering. One suggestion is a small kitchen table with some chairs inside would be nice. I'm someone who likes to eat at a table and if we had been there longer I would have wanted to play cards or games - but I know that isn't everyone. Cute decor and I LOVED all the real plants :-)

Thank you for your review Laura! We appreciate your kind feedback. We have considered adding a more formal indoor table. We can revisit that. We hope you’ll come back and stay with us again
Cute and comfortable space! We had a girls weekend trip to Biltmore and had the pleasure of staying here. It’s close to everything and well stocked with essentials.
Such a beautiful place to stay . What stood out to me is everything was covered from 2 different coffee makers and coffee. Shampoo and conditioner and everything you always forget to pack . The place just felt like home and nice and comfy.
