Furthermore, the free town shuttle stop is conveniently positioned near the main entrance. The main living area showcases vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sofa surrounding a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. Residents can access the private deck, which offers a view and a picnic table for outdoor dining. The fully remodeled kitchen features a small breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. Next to the kitchen, the dining area is an alcove equipped with a table and chairs that accommodate up to six people. Near the main entrance of the unit, a washer and dryer can be found in the hallway. There are two bedrooms located on the lower level. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and access to the lower-level patio, which provides a relaxing spot and access to the spacious backyard. The second bedroom also contains a queen-sized bed and has access to the main hallway bathroom. The property was amazing the view from the deck of the mountains had a spectacular sunset view. The home is very comfortable and welcoming we had a great evening making dinner and playing board games, the night we didn't cook there were plenty of great places a walk or short drive away, we highly recommend this place for your next stay and adventure at winter park.

I really like this property. The location in Fraser is walking distance to some fun spots, and quick drive to both Winter Park and Mary Jane. It's spacious and clean and we fit four adults very comfortably.

My husband and I stayed overnight with our pet and found the condo very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the location made it very convenient for us having a dog including the large yard and walking through town. My only issue was the coffee selection. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Impressive shower water strength. Had everything we needed for the stay. No complaints. However, i will mention that the toilets do run often. The valve in the tank gets stuck open.P.S. my dog loved it too.

Check in was at 4:00 and room wasn’t cleaned until 5:30PM. We had to sit in car and wait. Pull out sofa didn’t work properly. Had to fix drain in bathroom sink myself.
