Downtown Haven was just that - a well-equipped home away from home! The location was perfect for shopping and dining. We parked our car once and enjoyed walking to dinner, lunch, farmers markets and local shops. The host provided clear instructions and proactively reached out to offer an earlier check in. There was very little to do from a checkout standpoint as well since they have housekeeping taking care of everything. It also felt very safe with multiple codes needed to enter the building. There is a piano bar outside that you can hear very well from the living area, but it didn’t bother us in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this Vrbo based on cleanliness, ease and location.

We loved our stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, secure, and very well maintained. The decor was charming, and the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do. The host went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, offering an early check-in and providing a thoughtful list of local attractions and restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion for improvement would be the bed and mattress in the non-primary bedroom, as they were a bit squeaky and not as comfortable as those in the primary bedroom. One thing to note is that there’s a piano bar directly across from the condo, so the living room can be a little noisy at night. However, the bedrooms remained quiet, so it didn’t affect our sleep.

Host was flexible and responsive. The original unit we rented had water damage and the host got us right into another great/similar rental. This place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Only complaint was extremely loud neighbors partying until 3 each night. We were there for NYE, so it's to be expected but it was so loud that it sounded like they were in the actual apartment! This place and host comes highly recommended.

Excellent Stay, Perfect Location

Property was just as advertised and did not disappoint in any way. If you want to be in downtown Asheville, this is definitely the spot for you...walkable to everywhere you'd ever want to be. Full kitchen is a great money saver as well. BONUS: If you come in town for the RAD Half Marathon in June, this property is perfect...half a block from the start line and the packet pickup is next door. We will be back!
