Great condo in a great area. We loved Asheville and found everything we were looking for (restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc.) within walking distance.

These guests were wonderful. Very responsive and clean and tidy. They’re welcome back anytime.
Perfect location for exploring Asheville with easy access to parking on the street and in the garage. Everything we needed in a beautifully decorated and appointed space.
We loved the property it was everything and more. Location was great to everything. We loved our stay here and in Asheville. The boat was very communicative and gave some awesome Recommendations for replaces to eat and things to do.Thank youMelissa
Perfect stay! The two-bedroom apartment was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Would absolutely stay here again!
We had a great stay here for a ladies’ weekend. The owner is very responsive, and the location is very convenient to everything downtown. We would highly recommend this condo and plan on staying here again!
This was an amazing place - clean, gorgeous, conveniently walkable to any feature of downtown: shops, restaurants, attractions and theaters. High marks for safety and security on top of the amazing features and appliances.Honestly some of the best sleep I’ve gotten that wasn’t in my own place. We will be back!
Host was flexible and responsive. The original unit we rented had water damage and the host got us right into another great/similar rental. This place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Only complaint was extremely loud neighbors partying until 3 each night. We were there for NYE, so it's to be expected but it was so loud that it sounded like they were in the actual apartment! This place and host comes highly recommended.
We love this apartment. Top notch everything, appliances, towels, toiletries! Even the coffee pods for the keurig! We hope it is available the next time we visit Asheville
The apartment was beautiful and close to everything. I had no issues accessing the apartment or communicating with the host. Everything went very smooth.
This rental was probably one of my favorite I've ever stayed in. The unit was even better than described. It was immaculately clean, so very spacious and gorgeously designed and decorated. Bedding, linens, appliances, etc are all top of the line. Coffee, tea and bath necessities were provided. The best aspect was the location. It was so very close to EVERYTHING. We came for the New Belgium Half Marathon and this rental is located about 1 block from the start. Communication was excellent. The only downside was no easy parking for multiple cars, but that is clearly communicated and wouldn't stop me from staying here again. If you have children, it probably isn't the one you would want. There is a piano bar across the street that goes into the late night, but we enjoyed sitting in the living room and listening. Highly recommend!
Property was just as advertised and did not disappoint in any way. If you want to be in downtown Asheville, this is definitely the spot for you...walkable to everywhere you'd ever want to be. Full kitchen is a great money saver as well. BONUS: If you come in town for the RAD Half Marathon in June, this property is perfect...half a block from the start line and the packet pickup is next door. We will be back!
Location is fantastic. Bring eat plugs if using pull out couch. The place has all high end appliances and bathroom fixtures. It was enough space for all of us to hang out. Walking distance to everything. I would like a mackup mirror and sheets avaiable incase you may want to use pull out couch. The coffee pids and laundry pods wete pleantu for us. We really appreciated the extras. I would stay here again. Loved the feel of the place
Came in (Abingdon, Va.) to watch my daughter (from South Carolina) and her friend run the Asheville 1/2 marathon. Perfect location. Experienced many restaurants and top breweries. A little trouble with elevator at check in- but only a minor short set back. The condo is fantastic!! 4.5 out of 5.0
