We provide almost everything you will need except your food and drinks. We provide sheets, blankets, towels, linen, paper products, utensils, cooking supplies, coffee, some bottled water, yard games, some firewood, BBQ grill and griddle outside, toasters, microwave, gas stove inside, walking/hiking trails, kayaks, fishing poles and the list goes on.

This property is fantastic for small gatherings, reunions, graduations or just a girls/boys weekend. Activities on site for everyone. Located 10 miles from Corning NY and 10 miles from Watkins Glen and 7 miles to Watkins Glen Racetrack.
