Everything was clean and the host was very friendly and responsive. We had a brief issue with a grill that was out of propane and they came over almost immediately with a new tank and got things working. It was a great place to stay and super nice!

Everybody in the family loves the house. The location, the security and privacy of a gated community. Mary Claire was wonderful. Only thing was disappointing was the pool wasn't cleaned often enough.

We have stayed in several houses at Destin Pointe and Seaside Smiles was by far our favorite as far as living room and poolside furniture and set up! This house had everything we needed as far as pool/beach/pickleball equipment. We do always bring portable fans as we find sleeping in beach houses a little warm for us. We all had a great time and would definitely return to Seaside Smiles in the future!

What an exceptional property with wonderful hosts. The house was recently renovated and just spotless when we got there. We had one tiny issue with a vent, and the owner showed up to fix it and check on us. (Lovely folks!) The pool area was phenomenal, with comfortable seating for adults while kids splashed in the pool. (A bonus was all of the rafts and pool toys!) The home had so many small touches to keep young kiddos busy during rainy days, and it was just so comfortable to be in. Additionally, it felt high end (not always the case in beach houses). We’d stay here again and will absolutely check out the host’s other properties whenever we have a larger party next year. They’ve set a high bar for our future vacation expectations because of how truly great our experience was.

Fantastic house!

This property is exceptional! It was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Bikes, beach chairs, ping pong, pool floats and toys, etc. We had a great stay. Highly recommended!

Spring Break 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family. We had 11 of us there and this house was awesome. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed from a drawer filled (and perfectly organized) of Tupperware to pool tubes and everything between. The backyard pool was awesome and perfect with three little boys under 4 years old. The additional community pools were also very nice, especially the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The hosts were also great, great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great house and great experience.

My family and I have been booking properties in the Destin Pointe area for about 10 years. We just really love this area and beach. The property was amazing and everyone really enjoyed it. They had all the utensils and cookware for us to cook at the house. The bikes are amazing and the whole family loved the pool and just hanging out after the beach. We even had a movie day because of some thunderstorms and the livingroom was great for that with the large TV and sectional. We will look into booking again for sure. Things that I always look for in a vacation rental are is it clean, are the beds comfortable and can we cook and make ourselves at home. The answer to all of those questions are yes. The only cons per my husband is all the stairs, not easy access from the kitchen to the pool area when cooking and grilling. He also says the pillows on the beds were to flat. So if you like more supportive pillows you may want to bring your own. Over all it was great we loved it and made some great memories.

Everything we needed

This is a great house. Very clean and updated. Lots of awesome outdoor space. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you plan to do any cooking. The provide lots of amenities for outdoor activities, such as floats, a beach, wagon, bikes, pickle ball, tennis, and full-size cooler. Plenty of activities for teenagers. It also includes access to the neighborhood facilities. It backs to a pond, where you can see lots of birds and hear the frogs chirping at night. The management company was super friendly and helpful during our stay as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed last week. The place was immaculate and provided everything we could have needed. Pool, outdoor shower, balcony with seating areas, views of the pond… were icing on the cake.
