We loved our stay at IRB! The condo was very nice, clean, and well stocked. There were tons of extras for everything you need at the beach (umbrellas, chairs, cooler, boogie boards, etc). The balcony was huge with enough seating for everyone. The view is sligtly obscured by trees, but still has fantastic views of the gulf! Super short walk to the beach! Condo is within walking distance to multiple restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, etc.. it was the perfect place to stay for our family getaway! Will plan to stay here again! As always, we got to enjoy our favorite thing about IRB, the amazingly beautiful sunsets!!!

We come to IRB every year and we will be back to this condo again. Great location- gulf front condo, beautiful sunsets, walkable to restaurants, ice cream shop, neighborhood park. We could have used more bath towels and there was only 1 kitchen towel. Genuinely it was a great week at the beach with our family.

Very clean and spacious apartment, amazing view and the pool is large. We had a great time overall. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Unfortunately I have to take one star off because of the bed being so uncomfortable. The mattress is pretty hard and the pillows are super thin. I had to go buy a pillow on the first day.

Unit was clean and well kept. Great view from the balcony but it is the first floor and there is a tree straight ahead. Beach is steps away. Easy access to unit with code to door, beach chairs and other items provided, great parking spot, quiet part of town but restaurant and coffee within walking distance. Pool is smaller than most but good. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice property great location and a short walk with easy access to a beautiful white sand beach. The condo was as described very nicely equipped. We had a cleaning issue with the ceiling fans that I called about right away and they were quick to come out and did a quick friendly cleanup. Amazing views from balcony with stunning sunset views. Pool was down below balcony. It was a smaller but adequate pool and was a little bit on the cool side for this time of year. We just enjoyed the awesome beach which is perfect for families. There were some restaurants nearby within walking distance. We are a 60 couple but would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom for families as well.

Easy access to the beach, we used the balcony a lot during our downtime. This was our second time staying the same room nice that their was beach chairs and umbrellas left behind for us to use!

Everything was as advertised. Direct view for sunsets and short walk to beach. Questions were responded to quickly. Unit was very well equipped. We were able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay again.

Great family vacation with photo shoot

We had a fantastic stay for the third year in a row In this unit. My adult children gave me a photo shoot for my birthday and it was taken one of the evenings we were there with 28 family members, on the beach and in the green space by the parking garage. Great place to stay. I love the unit that we're in and hope we come back next year.

A great location right on the beach with a view of the water. The condo is spacious with many luxuries. The kitchen was well furnished with cookware & utensils. The living room was large with comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms were large with lots of closet space. A great location to spend a few days or a week!

Enjoyable Time at the Beach

This condo is located in an excellent area IRB. Close to fantastic restaurants and beach. Access to the beach was excellent. View from the condo to the beach/sunset was nice. The building is very secure with multiple security codes for building and pool entry. We had a very nice week at This condo.

Excellent Time as Always!!

Had a great week on the beach. The condo was great as usual and we had perfect weather. The issues we did have were promptly addressed by the staff. The mattress in the master could be a bit softer but otherwise everything was great!
