Ideal for families or small groups, the home sleeps 6 with 2 king beds, a loft with 2 twins, 2 bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Large windows throughout the house offer beautiful views of the lake, bringing the outdoors in and creating a calming atmosphere. Walk to the beach, harbor, and local spots—your quiet, connected Santa Cruz escape awaits.



The Space:

- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests

- 2 bedrooms - 2 King beds, & 2 Single beds (sleeper sofa) located in the loft

- 2 bathrooms

- There are 2 reserved parking spots on the street next to the home. The garage is not available for guest parking.

- Fully stocked kitchen w/ a drip coffee maker

- Living room

- 2 Decks with fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ, lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

We have a lovely stay here in Santa Cruz. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out - I loved that there were several comfortable couches in the house (not every house rental has those!) and a well-stocked kitchen, along with multiple TVs (which my husband and kids loved). It was in easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach. If you don't like stairs, you may not like this property since it's on 3 levels, but we loved it and can see staying here again.
