Central District 4BR Farmhouse — Walk to Light Rail, Fenced Backyard, Sleeps 12
A 2,700 sq ft farmhouse in Seattle's Central District — four bedrooms, five queen beds, sleeps 12. Fenced backyard with a brick fire pit, a live-edge acacia dining table that seats six, and the kind of high-ceilinged, character-filled interior that photographs well and lives even better. Judkins Park Light Rail Station is a 5-minute walk — downtown Seattle in 10 minutes, SeaTac in 20, Lumen Field right in between. One of the most central large-group homes in the city.
This is a home that works equally well for family reunions, friend group getaways, sports travel, and multi-household trips. Two floors, four private bedrooms, and a layout generous enough for 12 people to coexist comfortably without anyone feeling crowded.
THE HOME
A genuine farmhouse aesthetic — high ceilings, warm interiors, and distinctive character throughout. The live-edge acacia dining table is the centerpiece of the main floor, seating six with additional stools for larger groups. The fenced backyard with a brick fire pit is the outdoor gathering space, and the second living room on the lower floor gives the group a second place to decompress when the main floor gets busy.
