The property is a disaster. The walkway to get in in the backyard was completely broken because the front stairs are unusable with a chain across them and broken railings. The dining room table was completely broken and rocked back-and-forth about a foot recalled, and he came and banged it together with a hammer and wood to try to make it more stable. Two of the three chairs were unusable we asked him and he fixed one of them sort of, but it was broken again. The next day. There were two plates. Two crappy towels. Not recommended at all.
