The location was perfect and safe- so many restaurants close by and a short walk to the rest of Montreal. There was a lovely bakery & coffee shop steps from the apartment! The host was proactive and very responsive. The apartment layout was wonderful, the 3 queen bedrooms gave us tons of room. The family room/kitchen was cozy and we made good use of the terrace. Thank you for a fantastic weekend!
Good location, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Well suited for our family.

The location is great unfortunately there was quite a few unhoused indivduals with mental heslth issues nd drug activity around the entrance. The stairs to the units are very steep. The apartment is lovely but the floors were quite dirty including the throw rugs and bath mats. There are lots of things off the walls or damaged that have been poorly patched and the walls were very dirty. The duvet was badly stained and could be replaced Kevin was lovely, but we had trouble getting a 4th towel (4 people staying). It was a easy stay for a few days but definitely needs a deep clean.

Car was stolen from their parking lot! We chose this place in part because it included parking (which we were told was difficult and expensive in Montreal) but the experience was a nightmare. We requested early check-in and were told they’d message when ready but never heard back. Finding the parking lot was difficult—construction blocked all routes, the management rep tried to help but wasn’t local, promised to call back, and never did. Luckily, a road reopened and we eventually got in. We followed their instructions, displayed the guest pass on our dash, and confirmed we were in the right lot, but the next morning our car was gone. Police took 7 hours to arrive, and in the meantime the management company kicked us out for incoming guests. The apartment itself was fine but not great. They mentioned two mini-splits for A/C in their instructions but we only found one in the kitchen—none in the bedrooms. During a heat wave, we had to leave the bedroom doors open overnight or else it was way too hot to sleep. While the place looks nice at first glance, closer inspection showed loose handles, unfinished details, and style over substance. The only positive? The kind, understanding cleaner who showed compassion when he learned about the stolen car.
