While the pool is on a regular cleaning schedule, unexpected summer showers can sometimes cause debris to collect, and we’re glad it was serviced the day after your check-in. We’re also very sorry for the disruption caused by the alarm in the master bedroom. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially so late at night, and regret that the urgency of the situation wasn’t met as it should have been.
