A little piece of paradise just 2 blocks from the beach, offering relaxing and extraordinary views from the majestic hills of San Pancho.

VLP architecture is multi-level, with numerous staircases throughout

Please note that VLP has several levels, stairs, and is located on a small hill that offers wonderful views. In San Pancho, we do not have a constant power supply; power outages are quite frequent, which affects the water systems and internet.
Our lights operate via the Internet. To ensure a comfortable stay, please carefully read the instructions upon your arrival.
The hot water comes from a solar heater, and the outdoor shower does not have one, sometimes there’s not hot water

This property is a gem! It is quiet but alive with song of birds, wind and sea. The night sky from the pool is well-worth time to ponder, and the waves and whales on the ocean as seen from the lashed wood and woven fronds under the palapa roof at dawn and sunset set you up for a full letting-go. We personally loved the open air showers and all the custom tile, stone and wood everywhere. Sweet pool too with it's tile turtle and blue half-sierged lounge chairs.

The communication and support from Tania was great. All the info we needed to find and get into the property. In addition, she greeted us on arrival, checked in often, answered quickly, and even stopped by to see us off.

Beautiful and Peaceful

What a beautiful place and the view is incredible. You can see whales and hear the waves at night while you go to bed and wake up to them. You are about 25 min walk from town but only 5 min from the closest beach access.Outdoor kitchen was nice, media room well equipped with TV, games, binoculars.Bedrooms were nice with ensuite bathrooms. Primary main bedroom did not have closet space. One bedroom has an open air shower.

House above the Ocean

Tania was incredible with her communication. She has a system to send documents that help with finding the house, getting into the property, restaurant recommendations and house rules. The house is located just outside of town, there are a few hills to get to the property and then the property does have stairs, but the stairs make the property incredibly unique. We did rent a golf cart, but could have easily walked to the beach and to town (getting to the town along the beach was quicker than the streets). The waves and ocean are just below and you wake up to sunrises and waves crashing. The pool is the perfect place to cool off in the afternoons. Note that the kitchen is outdoor and the room with the outdoor shower is connected to the bathroom and bedroom (one guest was nervous about creatures getting into the bathroom, but it wasn't an issue). We felt very secure and would absolutely stay here again.

VLP is a property with unique architecture that allows you to enjoy the sea view from any level, which is why it has several steps throughout the property. It is not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, or elderly adults.

At VLP, all spaces are open and all rooms are well-lit. The kitchen and dining areas are frequented by many small animals due to their open nature. At night, you can enjoy the views from every room, as there are no curtains. It will certainly be a unique experience to enjoy.
