House was great. Brent was an excellent host. It was our first time visiting Nashville. Cute neighborhood with easy access to downtown. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while watching football and our kids enjoyed hanging out in the tv room upstairs (brought our switch and they played hours of Mario Kart). Wasn’t warm enough to take advantage of the outdoor games. Place was spotless. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had the essentials we needed when a break from the BBQ and hot chicken was necessary.

Perfect stay for family and friends graduation weekend!

Absolutely loved staying at Brent’s beautiful home for our daughter’s grad weekend! Perfect layout for friends and family to grill out - and the covered deck saved us during a rainy weekend. Open floor plan flows so well to enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen with everyone visiting in the living, dining and deck areas. Very comfortable beds in the upstairs guest rooms and overflow sleeping in the office and game room for the siblings. Plenty of privacy for everyone upstairs - and game room offers a second entertaining area complete with balcony. From the furnishings and decor - love the fun wallpaper in the bathrooms - to the great location, it was a perfect pick for our family gathering!

Awesome house PACKED full of features and amenities!!!

House is absolutely stunning!!!! Great location just minutes to the hustle and bussle of downtown but yet very peaceful and tranquil!! Has TONS of features and amenities, ping pong, fooseball, cornhole boards, HOT TUB, multiple smart tvs including one on the back deck with the hot tub and a HUGE tv in the upstairs living room with an amazing picture and awesome surround sound. 2 levels of decks out front 1 being covered and has heaters in case its chilly. Has very comfortable beds and bedding, and has everything u need to be able to cook at the house if you want. Now lets talk about the host. Brent was amazing, stayed in contact making sure our stay was good, offering recommendations on stuff to do and places to eat/drink. Highly recommend booking this property you wont regret it!!!!
