Unfortunately, this was a terrible place. I rented it for some family that was visiting. As we immediately entered the property, it smelled like urine and pot. They stayed one night as we had no other option. My family confirmed the smell got worse and the couch also smelled. The listing states there is some type of AC. There is AC upstairs (swamp cooler, not listed in listing) but none downstairs- where the bedrooms are. I called the lister that night but he stated he could not help with fans. In addition, there was mold in the shower. I contacted the lister the next morning and they stated they sent three sewerage cleaners who did not report a smell and the discoloration in the shower was not from mold. We returned but the smell was still obvious and strong and the shower still with mold. In addition, there was a mouse trap in upstairs bathroom that was removed after I mentioned it. They would not provide me a refund. Do not stay here.
