Nestled in the heart of historic Old Town Albuquerque, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath adobe home exudes timeless Southwestern character and modern comfort. Built with authentic adobe brick, the house features thick walls, and real wood floors. The cozy living room is anchored by a traditional kiva fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. Step outside to the private backyard, where you'll find a luxurious outdoor hot tub ideal for stargazing under Albuquerque’s clear desert skies. Pet friendly!
The Space:
Located just a short stroll from Old Town’s quaint shops, galleries, and renowned restaurants, this adobe gem offers the perfect blend of cultural immersion and serene relaxation. Experience the magic of Albuquerque living in this unique and cozy home.
Guest Access:
The two bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat with warm, earthy tones and plenty of natural light. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed, combining vintage charm with functional updates. A grill and fire pit make it the perfect spot for entertaining or unwinding with family and friends. The patio is fully equipped with seating and dining furniture, creating an inviting space to enjoy New Mexico’s stunning sunsets.
Other Things to Note:
Aside from the king bed in the bedroom, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 small single sleeper sofas in the small room. We listed this home as a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4, but please note that the bathroom is accessed through the small bedroom which is connected to the main bedroom. It can technically sleep 6, but we feel that 4 is more comfortable. Ideal for a couple that wants more space to spread out, watch tv in different rooms, or read privately in one room.
Interaction with Guests:
We are local and a short drive away! Feel free to reach out via message. Our contact number will be listed in the check in instructions too for emergencies!

Great location, nice yard, comfortable beds. The hot tub was nice (even though it was unseasonably warm) and it was very handy to have a washer and dryer to use. Would stay again when we're in town.

What a wonderful property. Comfortable and you cant beat the location. The hosts have thought of providing everything needed to enjoy a stay right in old town. Great park just down the block for pets. The hot tub was such a nice addition to our stay. Kitchen provided serveral beverage prep options and have just about everything needed to cook. Great restaurants nearby for those who prefer to dine out. When we pass throught ABQ again we will hope this property is available.

Everything was clean & fully operational. An added benefit was the generous supplies of everyday staples. Another was the provision of laundry facilities. There is nothing that I could fault. It was like someone lent me their own very loved & cared for home.

The property was absolutely beautiful! Jon was easy to get a hold of. He checked in with me periodically through our stay. The hot tub was much needed after a day of exploring. The private parking right beside the house was great. Didn’t have to park on the street. Within walking distance of Old town. The bed was so soft and the shower had phenomenal water pressure! If we ever come back we will be staying here again!!
We had an amazing experience! The House was perfect, great location just a short walk to old town! It was inviting and clean, Jon was awesome from start to finish. The house had everything you would possibly need, they even put a few snacks, waters, coffee, etc. The Hot tub was so nice, it was clean and the yard area was beautiful with the lights. My only regret is we didn’t spend enough time at the house we stayed so busy with things to do around town. We’re hoping to return in a couple months and we plan to try to stay here again!

Everything was just as I had expected! The neighborhood was fun to walk thru everyday and the dogs really loved having a yard for the visit! I’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this peaceful and cozy retreat!

We absolutely loved our time at this wonderful home! We were in town for a conference and this was the perfect place to return at the end of the day and reflect while enjoying the cozy environment and terrific hot tub/backyard. A huge bonus was the very quick jaunt to Old Town - my goodness, what a joy. Thank you for the beautiful experience!!
