Cleanest rental I've ever had. Fantastic quiet location for a family vacation. Responsive property manager. Loved the open kitchen and the outdoor deck and outdoor shower!

We went to south haven to visit other family members. The location was excellent. Easy access and waking distance to downtown area. Great hiking trails close by. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

Awesome location and nice house

We could walk to downtown and it was a short drive to the beach and grocery store. The house is very nice and clean. The property managers were easy to communicate with and prompt with their response. The backyard is beautiful. We had a lovely stay!

The “Michigan House”

Our 2 1/2 year old grandchild dubbed this “The Michigan House”. Great space for our family. Plenty of gathering spaces indoor and out. Despite being an old home, it is spotless! The playground around the corner was perfect. Our daughter hung her hammock between 2 trees down by the creek for her meditation time. The proximity to the beach and downtown as well as the Kal-Haven Trail was beneficial. The beaches and sunsets were spectacular.

Perfect for us!

We loved this beautifully landscaped, super clean & charming house! We had 8 adults and 2 kids ages 6 & 2. The kid's rooms were connected to Mom and Dad's, and everyone else had their own private room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and the washer & dryer work well. Great space with plenty of seating indoors & out. Not the most updated house in the world but crazy perfect for us. Only one negative is the AC upstairs doesn't work great, but fans are provided. Would totally stay again. South Haven is a great spot and this is an awesome rental. Thanks to the owner for keeping it up and making it available to us!

Wonderful Weekend

The location of this house is excellent. It is a short walk to the water and the downtown area but far enough to be quiet and cozy. The back deck over looks a ravine and is very peaceful. The listing is for five bedrooms and while technically accurate, two of the rooms are “telescoped” with the first accessed through a regular sized bedroom and the second through the first. The second one is really small and the first is ok but small. It would be perfect for children! This is by no means a complaint, just good info to know beforehand. The house is clean, stocked, and has good gathering spaces. I would definitely stay again! Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful house :)

Super clean rental. Our family had the option of walking home from town or the beach early than the rest because of how close we were. Beds were comfortable. We do a lot of cooking and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!

Worth the stay!

Perfect location in South Haven. Less than 5 mins by car, to downtown area, North & South beaches, Walmart, Meijer. Quiet street with little traffic. Perfect for walking and biking. The house it's self was pleasurable. Plenty of room for 10 people. Nice deck out back. Over abundance of kitchen supplies. We had everything we needed.

South Haven Beach House

Our stay in South Haven was wonderful and the beach house was surely a contributing factor. The house was clean and organized and the back decks were a special part of that. only concerns were that the beds in 2 of the "bedrooms" did not have very good mattresses and had to walk through one bedroom to get to another which was a bit awkward. air conditioner didn't cool especially evenly leaving some rooms very cold and others quite warm. Owner responded well and were able to enjoy our stay

Good experience. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Washer, dryer, second refrigerator in the basement was great. Plenty of towels. Only thing was I didn’t get check in instructions the week before, but Michael responded promptly when I reached out. Nice quiet neighborhood near the Kal-Haven trail

Summer Family Getaway

We had our family/friends of 10 together in this house for the week and we absolutely loved it. The house is decorated and detailed wonderfully. We enjoyed our time making meals in the fully stocked kitchen, so spacious and many areas for gathering including the outdoor back deck with big grill. Serene back yard with creek and wooded area. A 10 to 15 minute walk to town. We brought our peddle bikes and rode around from the house all week. Prime location. Highly recommend staying. We made memories to remember ❤

Perfect Girl’s Getaway

My book club spent a long weekend getaway in this house. It was perfect! It is by far the best stocked house any of us have stayed in. It was an easy walk to beaches and town and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor spaces, because of the weather. I would definitely stay here again.

What a gem!

We stayed in this home for 2 nights while in town for a youth sports tournament. So glad we decided to stay here vs a hotel! Michael was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and for the few questions I had, was quick to provide answers. The house was spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. I wish we could have been able to enjoy one of the outdoor sitting areas to take in the backyard changing colors. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, clean home in a nice location

We really enjoyed our stay in "the green house". It was very clean and it was huge! There were three of us and we had a massive amount of space. A family of 6-10 could easily make the space work depending on sleeping arrangements. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. My daughter loved having her own playroom and bedroom - it was a big treat for her! The house is in walking distance of the downtown area, which made it nice for walking in for coffee or to pick up takeout food. The open concept kitchen was great for eating/games. The upstairs bathroom was very nice, and the back porch is just lovely. Plenty of outdoor space, too. We would definitely stay there again if given the chance. The house has lots of personal touches that made us feel like we were in a special place.

Enjoyable and Relaxing!

This home was exactly what we had hoped for. It was close enough to the downtown and beach area after a short walk. The house was very clean and well cared for. We had everything that our family needed for our weekend stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here and we look forward to returning in the future.
