B and B's Beach House is located at 828 Wilson Street, South Haven, Michigan 49090. This is in a quiet residential neighborhood with many full time residents. Out of respect for our neighbors, both full and part time, we will rent to mature, quiet, respectful and responsible families only. If you are looking to stay up late and let it all hang out, please continue your search because this is not the home for you. The beach house has recently gone through an extensive restoration and redecorating. The beach house can comfortably accommodate up to ELEVEN (11) guests maximum in five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Three of the five bedrooms have queen beds, the fourth bedroom has a full bed and the fifth bedroom has two three beds. One bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and has a queen size bed. There is also a full bathroom located on the first floor. There are four bedrooms located on the second floor. Two of the second floor bedrooms have queen beds, the third bedroom on the second floor has a full bed and the fourth bedroom on the second floor has three twin beds. There is also a full bathroom located on the second floor.

Upon entering the front door is a foyer with an entrance hall closet. Next to the foyer is the front living room with abundant and comfortable seating for a large family gathering. The front living room has a large flat screen television with Comcast cable service. Beyond the living room is a dining area with dining table and chairs which is convenient for additional dining space. Next to the dining area is the first floor bedroom which has a queen size bed. The first floor bedroom is ideal for any grandparents that may be in your family that prefer not to climb stairs. Just beyond the dining area is the kitchen which is fully stocked with almost every cooking appliance and utensil necessary for making large family meals. Beyond the kitchen is a dining and sitting area which is the best feature of the house. This open space allows the whole family to comfortably gather together while the chef prepares the meal. The dining area offers beautiful views of the back yard which is a forest of one hundred year old oak trees. Walk out the kitchen door onto the back deck which overlooks a picturesque creek and beautifully wooded forest. The natural setting in the back yard is very peaceful and serene. This is where you will sit with your morning coffee and your after dinner. It is our absolute favorite part of the home and think you will agree. Please see our floor plans within our photos to get a better understanding of our home. Another great feature of this location is that South Haven's Optimist Tot Lot Park is just around the corner.
