This nicely appointed home has central air conditioning in all rooms with the exception of the sun room. Enter an open and spacious main living area with vaulted ceiling. The living area has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. A slider from the living area leads to the large back deck. A door from the living area leads to the large sun room. The living area opens to the dining area with large table and chairs. A slider from the dining area leads to the screen porch with outdoor dining table and chairs.

Beyond the dining area is the open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and counter seating.

In addition to the room main living spaces, there is a half bathroom with washer/dryer and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The home's other three bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. There is another bedroom with a queen and one with two twins. The bathroom off the hall has a tub/shower. The second floor hall is open to the main living area below.

In addition to the living area and dining area, the sun room and screen porch offer lovely spaces for gathering, reading, games and dining. The sun room is open and bright and has a vaulted ceiling and slider to the deck. The screen porch has a vaulted ceiling, a wooded view and a door to a small deck and patio with gas grill. The large deck has lounge chairs, a bistro table and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Located in a quiet area, the home is a peaceful spot for your Truro vacation. Short drive to all the best of Truro including ocean and bay beaches, Truro Vineyards, Highland Lighthouse and Cape Cod National Seashore sites, beaches and trails. Fifteen-minute drive to Provincetown for amazing restaurants, shops, galleries, live entertainment, night clubs and fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
