The bay stay on LB Peninsula was perfect for our visit to visit family in Long Beach. The Peninsula location provides easy access to the bay and the ocean, as well as the 2nd street entertainment and dining. Everything felt like home. I appreciated the friendly and helpful neighbors. The property is supplied with cozy bed linens, adequate kitchen tools & service-ware. Access to beach gear, towels, chairs & paddle board were nice extras. I look forward to returning again, again, and again! Thanks Erin!

The studio was exactly as described, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The host provided lots of information about the that was most helpful throughout our stay. Wonderful place and highly recommend!

The Bay Stay it’s perfect for a place right by the beach. Erin is lovely and responsive. I enjoyed sunrise walks on the strand, and a wonderful breakfast and coffee from Andre’s just up the road. It’s easy to get around and the neighbors are very friendly and with cute dogs. 10/10 would stay again.

Unfortunately I was only at the studio for 12 hours as my plans changed at the last minute, therefore I cannot comment on too much. The host was very helpful w many suggestions, and everything was clean. The studio felt a bit cramped and the location was busy with many neighbors, but the 10pm curfew was respected and I slept well. Thank you!

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute home on the beach! Loved the proximity to the ocean, the quiet neighborhood and the best restaurants ever! Parking was a little rough and phone service was spotty but we would definitely stay there again!

We loved our Bay Stay it was beautiful and very clean. The neighborhood was wonderful and quiet. After a long day of the beach we would come back to the Bay Stay and relax and use the jet tub so relaxing. We will be back next yr and would love to stay there again. Erin the host was wonderful and easy to get ahold of. We thank you for everything our stay was great.

Outstanding! Beach and bay views within steps outside the door. Located near popular "2nd Street" you will find a variety of restaurants with creative cuisine and cocktails. Stylishly decorated room authentic to photos on website. Super host Erin provides excellence. Already booked my next stay!

Home away from home

What a way to kick off our first annual mother/daughter trip. This place had it all and Erin the host was awesome. Very clean and large enough for 2. Walking distance to everything is definitely doable considering I am a stroke survivor. When you know, you know. We took advantage of the California sunset within footsteps of the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again and not feel bored or wasting money. Thank you for sharing this space.

We enjoyed our stay and were happy that we could meet Erin. Her place was spotless and it was a delight to walk around and explore this area. The bach was huge and there was always something to see on the other bay side. Both were short walks from this apartment. The unit is very small but the little AC was anle to keep it cool, even though it was very hot outdoors. It's a shame the AC blows right where you sleep. I measured the bed and it is 54x75 which makes it a double. Quite tight for 2 but there isn't room for anything larger. The sheets were 100% polyester which look nice but we find them uncomfortable for sleeping, and were happy that the duvet cover was cotton.The shower had lots of water and pressure. No tea or coffee were provided, but otherwise it had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night, and we always found street parking nearby, except on a warm Sunday afternoon when it seemed like all of LA was enjoying the beach.There was zero parking to be found, even in the pay parking lot at the end of the peninsula. We finally found a parking spot over a mile away down Long Beach. That meant two long walks! It's a beautiful area to explore, especially with bicycles.

I am so glad you guys had such a good time. There shoIld have been coffee pods right next to the keurig machine just to the left of the microwave. I am so sorry if it wasn‘t stocked. Next time you stay please let me know if you need anything. We do revommend on a beautiful weekend day to keep your good parking spot and ride bikes or take the free shuttle. We find that a fun way to explore anyway.
