We had an amazing 4 nights at Pelican Cove. It felt like we were at the Ritz Carton of vacation home resorts. The attention to detail was remarkable. I’m only hesitant in giving a 5 star review as it might be more difficult to find availability for our next trip. But honestly this is such a lovely house, we need to share with others.

Very clean and tidy house! The hosts truly thought of everything you could need. The special make up towels and turbi-twists are such a nice touch, if you’re a woman, you understand. Kitchen was stocked with all things you might need. Location was perfect! I can’t say enough nice things about this property.

The VRBO description doesn’t do justice to the true beauty of Pelican Sol. The house is immaculate and the view from the back deck is spectacular. Anything you might ever want is available in the kitchen, and the welcome gift is as extremely thoughtful. It’s the last night for us, and I’m sitting on the front deck, listening to the surf and enjoying the quiet of the evening. This is our first time at Pelican, but it will not be our last. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Great location and FULLY equipped home. Quiet street overlooking the marsh but 3 minutes to the beach. Travelled with 2 teens and everyone had space and something to do. Boys loved playing corn hole and girls watched a show under the fan on the bed overlooking the marsh. The outdoor shower was fabulous (hot and cold water and great water pressure) after the beach. Air conditioning worked great (heat wave during our visit with 100 degrees each day). We had a wonderful week!

Fantastic property! Loved being on the marsh, walking distance to Ocean Crest Pier, the king size comfy bed and outdoor shower! We will definitely be booking this house again in the future.
