We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for better weather. Espically with the full strawberry moon! Everything was as descriped in the listing and we will recommend this unit to anyone looking in the PC area and wanting beautiful gulf views.

The condo was wonderful. It was clean & all your must haves were provided. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I only wish the chairs on the beach were included in the stay. They have chairs they provide but one was broken & it’s a pain bringing them up & down with how slow the elevators are. Overall very pleased & would stay again.

Creating memories that will last forever

This was my family’s first time staying at Tidewater. The experience was amazing the staff was very friendly and resourceful when needed. Our family absolutely loved the nice big balcony and view. The room was immaculate. I loved the decor and neutral colors. We all wished we could’ve stayed longer. We will back very soon!

Condo it’s self was perfect

The condo was beautiful and clean.The building was clean and quiet.The elevators were slow. But I think part of the was due to unsupervised children thinking it was funny to push every button on the elevator.My suggestion would be go when children are in school.

The condo was very well stocked, clean and a great view. Those were the positivesThe dish washer didn't work for the first 8 days and the mgt company couldn't reach the owner to get approval for a new one. Finally the mgt company took it upon themselves to get a new one after 8 days without the owner approval.5 of 7 elevators were down for a week. This was miserable. The wait time was crazy. 1 of them was down when we arrived and still down when we left. Only 1 elevator in the parking garage worked the entire month.

Our stay was wonderful and the host was in contact, if there was anything that we needed they were very accommodating. They even gave me a reminder text to register at the resort to save me the more expensive fee. Room was as described and even better than expected.

The facility was poorly cleaned-spent half the day once we arrived cleaning the condo. For the price we paid that is absurd. The restaurant at the condo was poorly operated waited 50Minutes for my food and with kids that is really tough. There was also mold in the vents. Vrbo and Blue Swell communicated very wellWith me throughout the process.

The condo was exactly as listed and very clean! The property manager even set up a birthday decorations and cupcakes as we were arriving on my husbands birthday! My only reason not giving this property 5 stars is the wait time for elevators but that’s the tidewaters fault. Of the 4 elevators banks two were out our entire stay.

They had small rugs at all 3 sinks and they were disgusting (dirty and old). They needed to be thrown away. It really gave me an uneasy feeling about how many people walked on them and what fluids were on them. Lots of bacteria!! I felt better when I removed them from my sight. The dehumidifier was full and I think if the owner wants it emptied there needs to be instructions in the condo for its care. We didn't do anything to it. Shower and curtain was all covered with mold. They needed to be cleaned. I did spray down the shower with bathroom cleaner. I will always take a can of Lysol with me from now on. Beach and location was great and otherwise a nice place to stay. Thanks Nancy Johnson
