The sight was everything we wanted. Full hookup. Wonderful pool and deck at the clubhouse. The sight is almost level. But I'm picky. Used one orange block on the right side. The cable never worked for the week were there. Erika gave great communications. She was awesome! Easy to back in for our 23 foot camper. The laundry facilities were clean and well lit.

This experience with the host was good at first with directions and check-in information. However, she gave us the wrong gate code and when we messaged her there was no response. Even after the entire trip we still have not received a response. The camper spot was decent but very tight to get backed in. We did enjoy the campground and the people working at the front office.

Chris, we didn't receive any message or contact request from you after your arrival and would have promptly assisted if you did. We have also had other guests stay at the campsite since you were there without gate code issues. As for your difficulty backing into the lot, the listing photos contain views of the street and adjacent properties. I regret that you report that the stay was not optimal yet dispute the 1-star rating based on those three issues cited. Please contact us next time.
