BOOKING PROCESS Once we received your request to book, we will email you our rental agreement for an electronic signature. Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO) 25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.
DESCRIPTION This luxurious, waterfront beach retreat will take your breath away. You walk into a light and bright open floor-plan that offers a fully equipped kitchen with nicest appliances and a living/dining area which opens up to a spacious furnished patio with BBQ. The wonderful bay-front property "Pacific Sands #2762" can accommodate up to 4 people total (2 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.
HOME DETAILS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The living/dining area offers a comfortable sofa that folds to a double sleeper as well as a big 55 inch TV plus a dining table that seats 4 people. Off the living area is the bedroom with a comfortable eastern King bed with TV. The bathroom offers a bathtub/shower.
AMENITIES Enjoy the luxury of a washer & dryer, air conditioning, central heating, high speed internet, cable TV and outdoor shower. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.
SUPPLIES The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.
PARKING Narrow tandem parking along the house for one midsize car (8.5 x 25 feet).
PLEASE NOTE The unit is part of a duplex and you will hear footsteps from the owners family living above.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
On rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available. DAMAGE DEPOSIT We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Beautiful house and the beach was just a few steps from the patio. The house was really clean and well supplied with all essentials. I highly recommend!!
The hosts were wonderful. It was great that there were so many things that we didn’t have to buy ourselves such as dishwasher soap, laundry soap, Ziploc bags and so many other items. There were plenty of dishes and glasses and silverware all in very good condition. It was a very comfortable, welcoming home in a fantastic, beautiful location.
Spent a week with my husband and two kids (ages 2 and 4) and everyone had a blast. It was great to be able to walk out the back door to the beach and drink coffee in the morning while the kids played in the sand. There were also a lot of amenities for those traveling with small children.
We had an awesome stay, so relaxing and tranquil being bay front and seeing the lights and fireworks from Sea World. Home is very clean and has all necessary items for your stay. Would highly recommend
We are a family of two adults and two children, and we were fortunate to spend our winter break at this lovely beach house! The property is beautifully decorated and sparkling clean, and the location is great - relaxing patio overlooking the bay and very close to all of the local attractions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
My husband and I spent a long weekend here with our 2 year old. Great location, beautiful place and plenty of extras (pack and play, toys, etc) to help us enjoy our trip. Highly recommend. Would stay here again!
