Welcome to Seagull`s Song cottage! This new construction 1800+ sq. ft. 3 bedroom home is in the heart of Oak Island and a short walk to the beach and the Middleton Park Complex where you can enjoy the splash pad, pickleball, tennis, playground, outdoor concerts at the amphitheater and much more!

Dining-in made easy with the well-equipped open kitchen and electric pellet Pit Boss smoker and grill. You can enjoy seating options indoors and outdoors.

Open living area on the main floor with easy access to laundry room from both MBR and kitchen.

Upstairs loft provides separate entertainment location equipped with TV, and card table for board games, puzzles, or if you must check in with the boss - laptop use.

3 spacious bedrooms with closet access sleeps 9.

Convenient half bath and outdoor shower on ground level. Storage room houses bicycles, beach chairs, corn hole boards, beach cart, beach cabana, cooler, and beach toys for the kids.

My wife and I were high school sweethearts and have been married 42 years. We have always enjoyed living in NC where we raised 2 children who have now blessed us with 4 grandchildren. With retirement on the horizon, we are looking forward to hosting families who will make wonderful memories at Seagull's Song cottage.

We LOVE the floorplan and exceptional features of this home and the location is perfect! It is on a quiet street with quick and easy access to the beach, park, shopping, restaurants and all the wonderful amenities Oak Island has to offer.

What makes this property unique

This home is brand new, built in 2024. Some of the unique features are the size for a 3 BR home, offering a loft area, screened porch, fenced yard, and a convenient half bath on the ground level near the outdoor shower.
