Livin the Dream Retreat in Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee / Orlando Florida is the perfect location for your affordable family vacation!!! We are located just 10 minutes from Disney World, yet this beautiful resort style gated community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

LIVIN THE DREAM RETREAT is a beautiful 1300 sq ft fully air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse that has all the necessities of home but with all the luxurious amenities of a first class resort.

The home has FREE Wi-Fi throughout, 4 Large High Definition TV's with HD programming (117 Digital Channels) all with DVD players.

When you walk through the front door of Livin The Dream Retreat, you will enter the large main level open floor plan, with living/dining room and kitchen area. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer as well as a 2 piece bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery and pots/pans. There is a microwave, dishwasher, ceran cook-top range, fridge/freezer that dispenses fresh chilled water and cubed or crushed ice, coffee maker, and toaster.

The living area is perfect for relaxing under the ceiling fan on the comfortable sofa (with queen bed pull out) and loveseat. Whether you are watching a High Definition program or a DVD, you won't be disappointed in the picture quality on the 37" LCD 1080p HDTV in the main living area.

The patio doors off the living room lead into the private screened-in south facing court yard area that backs onto the expansive lake with breathtaking views.

Relax on the comfortable deep seating conversation set or take in some sunshine on the comfortable lounge chairs. Imagine relaxing in the private heated spa/hot tub and never being bothered by bugs!! You can exit the screened-in patio area and walk less than 50 ft to the Clubhouse and heated resort pool.

The upstairs has three bedrooms all of which have comfortable mattresses and quality bedding, furnishings and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has a King Bed and is located to the rear of the property with breathtaking views overlooking the lake and private patio. It has a brand new Supreme Elegance Euro Top mattress, a 26" LCD/DVD Combo HDTV with digital cable and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds - both bedrooms have 26" LCD/DVD Combo HDTV with digital cable and are located to the front of the property and share the third bathroom.

Livin The Dream Retreat is immaculately maintained and cared for by our professional management company that is available for our guests 24/7.

The beautiful condo was very clean and well decorated. We were especially impressed with the showers. They had great water pressure and were very clean. The spa was nice, along with the private patio that overlooked the lake. The furniture inside and out was very nice. Tammy was a wonderful host.

We had a great stay at this home. Check in was easy, and the home was very clean. Practically right next door is a nice pool. The complex is gated and secure. The only thing that was a slight inconvenience was that the master bedroom furniture only had one night stand, but the bed was really comfy. Very close to all the attractions. I have stayed in many properties, and would absolutely recommend this one.

Townhouse is nice and clean. Communication is extremely timely. Cell service and internet are spotty. Location is good, but Orlando traffic is terrible. Not the owners fault, but plan extra time to get around. I would choose this property again. It was great for this occasion.

The property was well equipped and had everything you needed and even more. Cable tvs in all bedrooms and ceiling fans. Games and books, even bathroom scales to weigh the suitcases. Hot tub and garden furniture was a big plus. The property was clean. Tammy was an excellent host and asked all questions. The swimming pool was yards from the townhouse. The resort was very secure with 24 hour manned gatehouse and in a great location. We will book again next summer and recommend it.

Ok rental

Had a few issues with the rental. Spent a day without AC in 95 degrees weather so definitely changed our feelings on the rental. The owner did get it fixed the next day. Overall not bad for the price but we probably won’t rent this house again.

I have a proactive maintenance schedule in place for the AC due to fact that the high temperatures in central Florida require the AC to be on 24/7. Unfortunately there is no way to predict or control when occasional repairs ate required. I’m sorry you felt I deserved a 3 star rating based on an unforeseen problem with the AC that you only reported to me at 10pm when you returned to the property that was repaired by 1pm the next day.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

We came down from NC to spend Thanksgiving with my father-in-law and had a wonderful time! My husband, our twin daughters (6) and our son and daughter-in-law all stayed very comfortably in this unit! The hot tub was an absolute bonus that we enjoyed every night! The unit also had everything we needed for our thanksgiving feast as there were plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, towels for the pool and hot tub, blankets for snuggling to watch movies, etc. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Florida!
