Great views and nice property. Easy instructions on how to find the house and to enter. Kitchen and living room were open so easy to hang out. Host was responsive when I had questions. House was clean and had 4 bathrooms which was a plus. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was one of best places we’ve ever stayed! The view is incredible. The house was spacious and very well stocked. It is about 12 minutes from the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes from Woodland Park. We did a lot of driving but the views were worth it! The host was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a top-notch, beautiful property! The views were amazing and the host had all the essentials (coffee, salt, pepper, oil, etc). I’m not sure if it was outlined in the listing and I missed it, but this is a three story house. We had a handicap individual in our party, so the stairs were an obstacle. Luckily, everything essential was on the main floor. Also, the wildlife sightings at this property were amazing!!! Would definitely book this property again.

Host was quick, efficient, and very friendly. The property came stocked with more than I imagined. It made the stay very easy and convenient. And omg the bedding!! I haven’t slept that well in a long time. At 7 months pregnant sleep is not something I manage very well but the bed and bedding was so comfortable and welcoming. Absolutely loved our stay in this property.

Great property for multi-generational family vacations. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this property and needed no additional pots, pans, utensils, cookware, etc. The property is well stocked to cook multiple meals daily. Our children (3 & 6) loved the back yard with playground. We loved the outdoor decks and views of the lake and local views of deer, Elk, and Bald Eagles. The 3 bedrooms (one on each floor) have full bathrooms which made it very easy for everyone to get ready in the morning for outings. The location is also very convenient to Pikes Peak, Woodland Park, and other attractions. Highly recommend for small or large family vacations.

Perfect Cabin for Family Getaway

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family stay. The downstairs area gave our daughter and our two young grandchildren the ideal space to relax and play. One of the highlights for the kids was the fenced play area — they loved it, and it gave us peace of mind. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The balcony was another favorite spot — it had cozy seating and offered beautiful views that made our mornings and evenings extra special.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly felt at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families!

This home is beautiful. Pictures do not do the house and scenery justice. Quiet area. We enjoyed the clean hottub, sitting on the porch taking in the beauty and gathering in different parts of the house. Owners are thoughtful and communicate well. Perfect home for families and children to be together. Lake is privately owned and not available to guests. The driveway is steep and you need to backdown it since there is no turning around area.

The house was wonderful for 4 teens and 2 Adults…plus a 4 year old. Location wise…we could get to anything we wanted to see but at least around a 30 minute drive. Went to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Royal Gorge Bridge. For this attractions the furthest drive was a little over an hour. Pros of the location are you are more secluded and have wonderful views. If you plan to ski but want to be close to Colorado Springs…. This puts you closer to Breckenridge and the Springs with ease. Cons… you aren’t in Colorado Springs but fairly close to Woodland Park. The subdivision roads are dirt so if increment weather it may be a tougher drive…and the driveway to the garage is quite steep. Just know it has to be steep to get the views you want. If any advice to owners…have some kitchen towels in a drawer…. We used paper towels like crazy to dry anything. We did laundry almost daily and there is a supply of all basic needs. It could use a better non stick frying pan as well. We were able to make do with what we had though.
