We had a great stay! The property was very clean, well furnished, and had plenty of entertainment options to keep the whole family busy. Julie was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. This was an excellent home for our family to stay at while visiting from WA. The outside area and pool was amazing!! The house had everything we needed and communication with the host was great. Good house for our group of 7 with plenty of room for everyone.

We LOVED our stay! The host is amazing--incredibly responsive, quick to answer any questions and very thoughtful in setting up the home to be a perfect home away from home. The house is very well stocked! The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. We had a group of 6 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and to hangout. The beds were very comfortable and the house was perfectly clean. All of the appliances work perfectly and all of the spices, tea and coffee that were provided were amazing! We definitely recommend staying here!

Great communication by the host both prior to and during our stay. Home amenities (indoor and outdoor) were spot on for our family get together. Would have gave 5 stars, but the neighborhood was a bit noisy (barking dogs and loud vehicles on adjacent Thunderbird Road) - however was bearable and would stay again.

Team building

Property meet all expectations. Plenty of rooms, space and amenities to meet our needs for a business trip meets team building trip. Pool and jacuzzi were a welcomed accommodation. Great for large group trips.

Lovely Place!

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful and very clean. The owner provided extra snacks, which was so thoughtful. The outdoor space was our favorite part! The beds were super comfortable as well. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a quick spring baseball trip for our group of nine people! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all! The outdoor space was great! Welcoming and nice property

We stayed 1 night and checked in at 10p, because this was our layover after a baseball game at Chase field. Navigating to and from was easy, the house was clean and easily accessible. The fire pit, multiple seating areas able to accomodate our group of 11 and great entertainment options were wonderful for winding down.

This is a great place to spend the night! First and foremost, the house and outdoor spaces were very clean! Add in an extremely well maintained hot tub, heated pool, and fun games for the family and you can’t go wrong! My wife and our two daughters (17 & 20) spent the night on our way to Las Vegas and absolutely loved the place. And trust me, our girls can be picky! Way better than a hotel if you want to spend some quality time with your family or friends. Outstanding!

Great and convenient

It was very simple and very convenient and suited us well! We wanted to all stay together for a work trip without the price tag of individual rooms at a hotel and this suited us perfect and it was like we all had our mini hotel room but we were all still together! So clean and so spacious and so easy to get to

Family Weekend Trip

We recently traveled from California to Arizona for a concert and baseball game, and this property was the perfect home base for our trip. It was exactly as described—and even better in person. Fabulous home for large groups

This is one of my favorite home rentals I've ever stayed at! It's very thoughtfully designed to host large groups with plenty of beds, seating, and storage for everyone. We never felt cramped, and there were plenty of spaces and activities for everyone. Julie was easy and enjoyable to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a nice stay. The location was a bit off the beaten path but that was just fine for our group; we were happy to enjoy each others' company at the house and had a great time doing so. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this home and thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered. It's perfect for a bigger group. We had plenty of room and the hosts we very responsive to our needs. For example, we ran out of gas for the fire pit and they brought a new tank right away the next morning. The house was clean, kitchen well-stocked and the decor was awesome. The kids loved all of the yard games, classic video games, hot tub and pool. It's a decent home base for many hikes and activities in the area. The only draw back is that it's at least a 10-15 minute drive to any restaurants we'd recommend, but that didn't bother us too much. Truly, the house is awesome and we had a great week there. We'd love to come back again!

We had my son’s birthday party here and it was an event he will remember for the rest of his life. The property was beautiful and clean, and the kids enjoyed the pool for several hours. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, and the check in process was seamless- Julie communicated with me for days before the event and answered every question I had. Thank you again!
