Great Place

We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were home. Everything you need, clean, great location. Owners easy to work with. Will rent again with pleasure.

great place!

Mom with two teenage girls found the perfect place to stay! Rented a car, close to everything that you want on a vacation! Beautifully decorated, tons of space, easy to get to beach, short drive or you can take a trolley there, which was fun! Girls loved the shopping, outlet mall very close, plenty of restaurants to chose from! We also got groceries so we made breakfasts and had coffee in. Fort Myers beach is clean, white sand! Also has a pool and is a gated community so you feel safe and you have your privacy! Great couple to work with. We want to go back!

We just purchased this coach home in July of 2012. We live in Illinois. We're not quite ready to retire yet, unfortunately; so we can only use the property two or three weeks a year.

Why they chose this property

We have vacationed in the Ft. Myers Beach area for the last 15 years. Half of our family lives in Southwest Florida, and we love the Chicago connections here.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because it was not a typical layout and also because it is a large first floor unit and there are absolutely no stairs. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home, which provides a lot of privacy to our guests. It has a large very private lanai.
