The stuff summer dreams are made of – our home is right ON Beaver Lake with a 1-minute walk to this clear part of the lake. Completely renovated in 2023, you can expect modern amenities and Americana charm no less. Our home offers 5 private bedrooms spread across 2 cottages with a King bedroom in each, making it ideal for multiple families, couples or cross-generational groups. Lily Pad & Stand Up Paddle Boards for your use. Blue waters and gathered friends, can't lose :)

Spread yourselves out across the completely renovated main home and newly-constructed accessory cottage. The main house features 3-bedroom /2-bath with a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a Frame TV and abundant dining space to accommodate your entire group. In the primary suite, a king bed, dresser and walk-in closet as well as an ensuite bath with a newly tiled shower. In the wing across from the living and kitchen area, there are two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. Bedroom Two has a queen bed and full closet. Bedroom Three has a full bunk bed with a sleeping capacity for up to 4 people. Excellent for families and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoor decks and screen porch – before you head to the water. The detached accessory cottage up the stairs / hill offers an additional 2 bedrooms, small living area, kitchenette and washer/drier. One bedroom offers a king bed while the other has a full over full bunk bed, walk-in closet and desk for the rare need to work at the lake.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds unmade. Start a load of white/ gray bath towels in each units wash machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Per the US Army Corp of Engineers, renters are not allowed to use any private boat docks on Beaver Lake and dock access is not included in this rental

Amazing lakefront experience!

Lake house and guest house were perfect. Very fresh, clean, and high quality…including the SMEG fridge. Swim deck was great entertainment area for all. Hosts went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

This was our first family vacation with my parents and siblings and their families. We had a great time. The houses were perfect, we were able to spread out and have space. We cooked most of our meals, the kitchen and outdoor cook area worked great for us. The only bad part was the walk to the water. My parents only went down to the water once due to the steep walk. The rest of us enjoyed the water and the lake toys. Communication with the host was exceptional, she replied quickly to any questions and provided in detail how to utilize the space. Thank you.

We came across Beaver Lake when searching for a respite to our everlasting winters that run into May in the mountains of Colorado. A Missouri-raised boy and Minnesota girl found the rolling hills of Northwest Arkansas the perfect place to bring our 4 and 6 year olds to relive the summer joys we knew as kids. This home is the culimination of two years of renovation - what began as a 1980s fixer upper has been updated head to toe, nostalgia meets modern with additional sleeping space in what is now the ADU bunkhouse. We are excited to finally share it with you.

Why they chose this property

We were first drawn to the proximity the house has to the water. Little did we know we would soon fall more in love with how clear the water is on this end of the lake. When you're not on the water, you can enjoy the unmistakeable sound of summer - crickets and grasshoppers. And the fireflies if you're lucky.

What makes this property unique

Long live summer camp! We hope you love it here as much as we do and have the best time with your people. These are - indeed - the good old days. Please make yourself at home & reach out if you need anything!
