Dated furniture and rugs. Funny smell likely due to high humidity environment. Room AC's could not make the unit comfortable. Master bed broke; service to repair was expedient but inconvenient. Master bath TP roller broken. Adirondack chair broken; only had one for two people. EXCELLENT LOCATION. Also there was a family with LOUD children running and stomping above us but they did stop by quiet hour (10P). OK place but too much money for what we got.

It was difficult to find the unit. We found it only by going back through listing photos and seeing a Franklin sign at the edge of the road but the street was not marked. Two kitchen chairs had loose or missing screws.No instructions as to Tv useor air conditioners. Communication with host was difficult due to AI responses when an actual person was needed for a problem that occurred during our stay.The rental was clean, beds were comfortable, sufficient water pressure and adequately furnished with necessities. It was also a good location.

Everything you need for your stay. Had a little issue with getting the mini split set correctly, but the host was prompt to help.

The location was great. The accommodations were clean and well equipped. Finding the exact unit in the dark was a bit frustrating. There are no lights and it is not intuitive to drive behind the dwelling to find the correct door. There was a small lawn sign, but it didn’t list the unit number making it even more confusing.
Small yard sign listing units thru 217. The actual unit is 219.
At night, this ‘driveway’ is not lit and there are no lights coming from the back giving an indication to ‘pull around back’.

Very cute place. Convenient to downtown Franklin and The First Bank Amphitheater. Clean and comfy. Great check in and communication. This unit is downstairs so keep that in mind if your are a light sleeper. Mini split system was a bit problematic but host/mgt company very helpful

Very well put together space with plenty of room, comfortable bedding, great walk-in shower and well appointed kitchen. Host is very responsive to any needs or concerns. This one is located on the backside so can be confusing if you do not know that and you're coming in at night. Plenty of parking space.There is no winery experience as part of this VRBO but the website requires you to rate it and I did not want to take away from a great rating for the property.

The condo was very clean and updated. We had a problem with air conditioner not working but host was prompt in calling me back and trying to rectify the problem. They also gave me a partial refund for our inconvenience. I would use this host again for a stay in Franklin, TN.

Ladies road trip

We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out.

Almost perfect

My husband and another couple took a quick trip to Nashville. We loved the house. It was clean and well stocked for the most part. We ran out of hot water during our showers, and I wish there were more than 2 towels in the bathrooms. I use 2 myself. 1 for my hair, and 1 for my body. We LOVED that both bedrooms had their own AC units, however the one in the master bedroom didn’t work. The bathroom was wonderful though! Nice shower. Amazing water pressure. Makeup mirror, and vanity to sit and do makeup. Some kind of mirror would have been nice with the vanity. My host was very responsive. Overall, our stay was nice. I will definitely stay there again. Unfortunately stuff happens. It is not the hosts fault. She was super responsive and said she would take care of the problems.

Nicely decorated space. Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent… A lot of of really nice boutique shops in downtown Franklin within walking distance. Keep in mind this is a downstairs space. A lot of noise if people are renting above you. Would definitely stay here again.
