The home is very clean and spacious. The proximity to town is perfect. We easily walked into town each day. The only problem is the walls are thin and we could hear thebtv from the people next door. We loved our stay !

The house was very clean and quiet! The front porch was nice to sit outside and relax. The communication with the host was exceptional! Attended a conference at The Factory! Lots of great places to eat and little shops. We were close enough to walk. The Franklin downtown is very quaint. Had a great visit! You cannot go wrong with this quadplex! Highly recommend!

The house is set up nicely and "clean". With that being said, the HVAC vents have dust pouring out of them and the house smells extremely musty/moldy. We in fact had the leave the house at 1am and got a hotel instead.

This property offers the perfect quiet spot to stay in Franklin that allows you a three minute walk to the Franklin Factory Mall for great coffee, food and shopping. Or a ten minute walk to downtown. Great space with three bedrooms and two baths. We will stay again!!! Jon
