This cottage on the lake is a real gem. The home was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed to enjoy a quiet long weekend. We loved the hammock and comfortable Adirondack chairs by the water. If you want to relax in comfort on a quiet lake, this cottage offers the perfect getaway.

We absolutely loved our weekend at this mountain house on Penn Lake! It was the perfect mix of peaceful, fun, and cozy. Check-in was super easy, and the hosts were kind enough to let us enjoy the property outside until it was ready, which made us feel so welcome right away.The house was spotless, beautifully kept, and clearly cared for with love. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We spent hours out on the water with the pedal boat and kayaks, and when we weren’t paddling, we were soaking up the stunning lake views from the dock or lounging in the cozy hammock—it was heaven! The beds were incredibly comfortable, adding to how relaxed we felt all weekend.
