Welcome to our brand-new listing for our lovely home. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or even a business group! We are wonderfully situated in the luxury neighborhood of Tujunga, close to Burbank, Universal Studios, and Hollywood.

This spacious 3-bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. This house is comfortable, clean, and has so many awesome features—it is a must-visit!

This home features family-friendly spaces, updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator, & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint.

Conveniently located near major freeways, Tujunga provides easy access to other parts of Los Angeles. Tujunga is a scenic neighborhood offering residents beautiful views and outdoor activities.

Take Haines Canyon Avenue or Tujunga Canyon Boulevard to Elmhurst Drive.

Before requesting a reservation, please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, please take note of the following:

Supplies Provided:

We supply the following essentials:
Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels
These items are provided in quantities sufficient for 2-3 days.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.


Please DON`T throw anything in the toilet to prevent clogging. We have trashcans and trash bags available in the house. Thanks

Cleaning Rules:

Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and TAKING OUT THE TRASH the night before the trash day.

Early check-in is based on availability.
If the home is ready, complimentary check-in at 2:30 PM may be possible. Any earlier than that would be $100 for early access.

Late check-out also depends on availability—please let us know in advance.
Check-out is complimentary until 10:30 AM. If you`d like to extend until 12:00 PM, there is a $100 fee to help expedite cleaning.

There’s only 1 pet allowed per stay.
Weight limit to 50 pounds per pet.

Only extremely well-behaved dogs & housebroken are allowed to stay please.

Quiet Hours & Noise Policy

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
• Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.
