It was exactly what we needed. Somewhere relaxing and close to the hospital with plenty of space for our family and Chihuahua. Would definitely stay here again if we need a long stay in the area.

We came for a weekend wedding in Durham. The location was 10 minutes away which was easy. The host was excellent with communication which we appreciated. The beds were all comfortable as was the whole layout of the house. Modest and reasonably priced- not fancy, but very comfortable. We went to the Duke botanical gardens, fyi, which we highly recommend to visitors! Thank you, Sadhya!

Very functional but slightly dated property close to Duke. Very nice host who lives below which is reassuring in case there is a problem. I only stayed two nights, on the days before and after my surgery at Duke but my family stayed 11 days and it definitely met their needs. Nice shower pressure.

This house was located on a quiet street with many trees nearby. It has easy access to both Durham and Chapel Hill. The kitchen has many great appliances, and includes both a breakfast table there, and a dining table in the spacious living room. The bedrooms were both clean and comfortable, with one of them having its own bathroom, the other having a bathroom close down the hall. The host was caring and delightful, and got back to us by the end of each day if we had questions. We are very grateful we chose to stay here.

Clean, green space

Sadhya is a great, understanding host who works to hard to make sure the guests are comfortable and happy.The house is lovely, perfect for multiple people, and full of plants, which we loved.Sadhya lives underneath the rental in the bottom story of the duplex, and there is an occupied tiny house in the backyard.

Dreamville Chill Location

My partner are long distance and attending our first Dreamville fest together. We have never been to North Carolina so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were so excited we found this place within our price range that we could call home for a few days. It was a peaceful get away after being surrounded by loud music and millions of people.
