7302 Treetops is new to the vacation rental market for 2025! This beautifully renovated, newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat is dog-friendly and full of luxury amenities.

The sun-drenched living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and access to the screened-in porch complete with an outdoor sofa.

The dining area is past the living area and features seating for 6. The open-concept kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and stackable full-size washer and dryer.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has queen bed, twin bunks and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 25 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops, Hilton Head Island have access to complex tennis courts and 3 communal complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment!

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

The property itself was fantastic. Very clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend renting bikes or at least bring a wagon, which we failed to do. You can also drive to Coligny Park and access the beach there but it is also a not a short walk from the parking lot and was quite crowded in early August. One thing I wish I had known prior to booking is that dogs are not allowed on the beach between between 10a-5p. Outside of those times the beach is very dog friendly but it left us having to take turns keeping the dog inside during the day. We found a couple great restaurants that were dog friendly and both on the water. Hudson’s Seafood House on the Docks and Fish Camp on Broad Creek.
