Welcome to Panama City Beach's newest and most luxurious beach front condominium. Overlooking the sugar white sand and emerald waters, Sterling Breeze unit 602, Lower 6th floor, offers a well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, 60' LED Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar with sub, PS3/Blue Ray Gaming System, HD Cable - with HBO, High Speed Internet, washer / dryer, luxurious linens, private balcony with breathtaking views. Sterling Breeze is the only building equipped with a grill on each balcony.

Forget about having to buy and bring your own beach chairs. Included with the rental, two beach chairs with umbrella to use each day of your stay. Beach Service Included March 1st to Oct. 31. We also have a closet full of extras. We have extra back pack chairs, some beach toys for the little ones, beach mats, a cooler for you to take drinks to the beach and also a heavy duty beach cart to carry all your belongings!

Avoid the hassle of 'check in' by going directly to your condo upon arrival. The keyless door entry system also allows you to enter your own personal access code.

This two bedroom, two bath with bunkroom is located directly on the beach with panoramic views of the gulf.

Relax and enjoy the morning out on the balcony experiencing the beautiful views while you have your morning coffee. If you need to exercise, step into the on site fitness center which overlooks the beach. Take a stroll down to the pool side Internet Cafe & Wine Bar and enjoy your favorite beverage while sunning pool side at the large gulf-front overflow edge pool, sitting around the fire pit or while enjoying the hot tub.

After your day at the beach, take a short walk to Pier Park and enjoy all that it has to offer or stay in and enjoy the sunset on your private balcony.

Sterling Breeze offers free high speed internet access, covered parking $50/vehicle, heated gulf front pool and hot tub, fitness center, beachfront fire pit in the pool area, Horseshoe pit in the parking garage, beach service and 24 Hour security. Located 15 minutes to Panama City Bay County International Airport and 1 mile from Frank Brown Park, Panama City Beach's premiere recreational park.

Resort Pass- $50 for parking/vehicle/Resort pass for entire stay. Maximum of 2 vehicles.
7 night minimum stay from Memorial weekend until Labor day weekend.

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The view was gorgeous and we walked to Pier Park a few days. Pool was crowded at times and not a lot of lounge chairs but we were mainly there for the beach! Easy to contact the owners and they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place!

This is my favorite condo to stay in. I have been to this resort multiple times. And have stayed in this specific condo 2 times. I have tried other places in the resort and none compare to this unit. It has everything you could possibly need! Very clean and stocked well with supplies. Will definitely be booking again for our next family vacation!

Condo was very much as described. Nice place but we did see many other places with nicer amenities and easier walking access to shopping, restaurants, and things to do. The elevators were slow with long waits during certain times of day and chairs were hard to get at the pool but overall good trip!

Baseball Tournament stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament, for the fourth year. This was, by far, the nicest, most cost effective and convenient place of all the four years. This condo was 5 star in all areas. Close to the ballpark, very well decorated and every amenity you could want. If we come back to PC again, we will definitely book this condo. Just awesome, thank you!

Loved the property. We have stayed at multiple places in PCB and this place was great. Our room was the most well-equipped with beach chairs and toys and such that we have ever had. Loved the property, pretty laid back. Elevators can be a tad slow sometimes but expected. Being on the 6th floor I just took the stairs a couple times for the exercise. Beach was great. Would def. recommend.

Great week in PCB

This condo was exactly as promised. It was very clean and comfortable…..plenty of room for everyone. It had everything you could think of for a week at the beach. The 6th floor was great because we could easily take the stairs if the elevators were slow, which is to be expected in June! We loved the pool, it was kept extremely clean! Loved having extra beach chairs and boogie boards to use. The large balcony was fantastic and did see dolphins one morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill on the balcony but that is very convenient. Love the location….easy walk to Pier Park. Thank you Kim for sharing your home with us, we had a great time!

AMAZING CONDO!!’

We just returned from spending an entire week in this condo and to say it was superb is an understatement. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay amazing. They provide sheets and towels (which a lot of condos don’t), and a lot of little extras like a margarita maker, extra chairs, lots of pots and pans, a cooler and beach toys. It is decorated very nicely and was very clean and updated. We hope to stay in this same unit next year. Thanks Kim and Clint!!

We live in Fort Worth Texas where we both work full time in the Optical and Dental Industries. When not working, we spend most of the time with our son who plays baseball. Of course, visit the beach as much as possible.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing in many different places across the US and Mexico, we planned a trip to Panama City Beach. Our time vacationing in PCB was amazing. We started most mornings having coffee on the balcony taking in the sounds and smell of the ocean, days spending time playing on the beach or relaxing by the pool and evenings either staying in cooking a nice meal or venturing out to local attractions. After a long search and doing our homework, we chose Sterling Breeze. The sunset from the balcony is AMAZING !
