The house has a good location. It's very close to Kroger, which is convenient. Plus, it's just minutes from Savannah and also close to Tybee. It really offers accessibility.

We selected this house because the photos showed a ramp to get into the house, which has been removed. This meant that we had to carry a scooter up the front steps. Otherwise, the house were as described.Nice location, Comfortable and worked well for 3 couples to have a nice weekend.

The customer service was great. Quiet neighborhood. However, the house had some issues. Doors didn't lock properly, shower in the bedroom leaked water, dog hair everywhere, pool could not be used, dirty. Blinds in all the rooms are see through. Dirty sheets, we slept on top the blankets. Soft squishy spots on the floor throughout the house. Need a better cleaning crew.

Birthday weekend stay

We really liked the house, the location was convenient for groceries, gas/ convenience stores, and Tybee Island. There were several good choices of restaurants close by. The two main features we were looking for were pet friendly, and a pool. We were a bit disappointed that the pool was smaller than expected, but the Jacuzzi tub was awesome! The yard was great for our dogs, as it is fully fenced in the back. We are considering future trips, and would stay here again.

The house was clean, kitchen well equipped, everything was as listed. There were 3 issues: pans were put away dirty (probably previous renters), lots of dog poop in back yard, the closet in the bedroom with the high bed smelled like wet dog (maybe the extra bedding?). I would suggest a pooper scooper for guests to use or baggies in case pet owners forgot some. We cleaned up our dog’s messes but there were many other piles left behind by others. Overall, I would stay again. Great location.

We chose this rental b/c of location: between Savannah and Tybee. It was ideal for the summer to spend the day at the beach, and then dinner in Savannah. Both are 10 minutes away! The home was clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, more than adequate for our stay. The backyard was nice, though we didn’t get to use it due to rain. We had a minor issue with the door, but it was promptly resolved by the rental agency. Overall, a great stay.

Super easy check-in. Kitchen well equipped. Parking pass is an awesome bonus! Be sure to use it to visit Tybee Island - great beaches. House was clean and very roomy. The master bath and closet are huge - I was so envious. The home could use a few privacy curtains, but only the front bathroom really had any kind of view to worry about. Fenced yard was great! My only wish was that the pool was a little bigger/deeper.

Swimming pool was filthy, steps in pool was a boat ladder instead of steps. Pool was not in ground. Drapes on windows were see through. Doors off wash room. For the price I was so disappointed. Kitchen had no drapes anyone could see in. Next door neighbor had barking dogs.

Decent Rental

Family of 6 in February so it wasn't crowded in the area. House was clean and almost everything worked except the whirlpool tub. The button to turn it on was stuck. It had been pressed in before our stay and wouldn't come back out. I had to wiggle it around with a knife to get it out and then I cleaned it and it started working fine.No serious issues, but everything should've been working when we arrived. The tub was a big selling point for this particular house for us. Overall it was a good place but I can't give it 5 stars.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious. Lots of room for parking- 3 cars easy. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and everyone slept well in beds and on the pull out couch. The house is between Savannah and beaches (15-30 min depending on traffic/location) and close to grocery stores and gas stations. The pool was an awesome addition for the kids and kept them entertained. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Having a pass for the beach is a great bonus since parking can be pretty expensive. Had a great time!
