Excellent stay! So close to campus and downtown. We stayed during a rowing camp at UT and the location was perfect for easy access to the boathouse. Also loved the proximity to the Kern food hall- so many great options (outstanding GF food). Would definitely stay again!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful and well stocked! The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was cozy and quiet. It's a beautiful walk across the bridge to downtown We are already planning on returning!!
Had a great time ! Had to extend our stay because of the winter storm and our host was very present and understanding with very quick changes in plans. Perfect location to get to anything needed during our stay !
Easy check in, immediate response from property manager concerning entry to property. Clean and well stocked with high quality sheets and towels. Great stay!
We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the whole unit and the communication with the host was excellent. The bedding was very comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed, the supplied paper products were quality, and we were even able to do some laundry. The location was close to our activities, which saved us time. We highly recommend this unit!
Location is fantastic…convenient to downtown and UTK. Home was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds very comfortable…best pillows in a short term rental or hotel hands down! The office space was a game changer and allowed me to easily work remotely while my daughter attended a camp at UTK. Communication, check in and out was quick and easy. Kern Food Hall across the street is convenient for a meal anytime and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend!
Great very new condo. Owners were very easy and accommodating to work with. The apartment was super clean and in a good location with clear instructions. The Breakfast place across the street was amazing. I highly recommend the French toast. My younger son slept on the couch downstairs and that was actually pretty comfortable.I would just note for other people that this is a studio style apartment with no doors on any of the bedrooms. So you can talk to the person in the kitchen from the third floor. That part was not ideal, but not a hindrance overall. TVs were great and easy to use. We could walk to the football game, which was a nice feature. Kitchen had everything we needed.
The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The location was perfect and the unit was beautiful. They had several board games available to play when you had down time and everything we needed in the kitchen was available for use. If I had to point out the negative, it would be that the bedrooms did not have doors which meant there was no privacy. While this wasn’t a big issue for me as I was there with family, it could have been an issue if traveling with friends. I also wish it had been mentioned that the unit was 3 stories. The only other negative for me was the second floor bed was low profile which could be hard to get in and out of. Again not a huge issue for me but for others it could be. Overall, great experience, location and unit. I would recommend.
Property was great and super easy location to downtown Knoxville. Definitely a newer area of town that is going through an awesome renovation. Lots of close by restaurants and things to do. The house was perfect for our over night trip to Knoxville for our son’s college tour. Clean, easy entry and very well stocked. The downstairs has a small full kitchen and a small family room area where we played a game of cards. There is also a 1/2 bath. The 2nd floor has a queen/full bed and a full bath with a small office where the closest is. The 3rd floor also has a full/queen and a nice patio. As a few other reviews state, there is no privacy between floors. For our family it worked great, but for those who like privacy be warned. The posting also says there is a king bed, which there is not. The 2nd floor bed is a full or queen and is very low profile. The 3rd floor is also a full or queen and is an average height.I’d highly recommend this property, especially if you’re looking for a newer modern place close to UTK or downtown Knoxville.
