Other Things to Note:

Studio on the Property

Please note that there is a separate, private studio apartment located on the same property, situated on a second floor and separated from the main house by the garage. The main house and studio only share the main property gate; all other areas are completely private. The property was designed with privacy in mind to ensure this setup does not affect your stay or sense of seclusion.



Important notice: Nosara is rapidly growing community and currently there is a construction site behind the property, construction noise will potentially be heard during the stay. Rates already have a discount applied.
