*Huge patio- outdoor furniture, fireplace, TV, and cornhole. Large fenced yard.
*All Smart TVs in every room
*Quiet street with farm surroundings- relaxing views. Homeowner lives on-site.
*Minutes from MSSU, OCC, mall, and the airport. 20 minutes from Freeman Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and KCU.

This property consists of one home containing two separate living spaces each with their own private space and private entrances. The homeowners utilize one of these spaces in the home, this booking reserves the other space in the home for the guest. The outdoor patio/pool/hot tub areas are exclusively for guests use.

Walkthrough: Designated guest parking area with private walkway and entrance to the guest suite. Enter into the open concept dining room, living room, and well-equipped kitchen. Dining table with seating for 4. One bedroom and bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor, second loft bedroom at the top of the stairs.

Follow the pavers from the suite entrance to the large pool, patio, lounge, and hot tub area and get busy relaxing!
