Property was great. We enjoyed a nice quiet place to come back to. Pool and hot tub were in great shape, wish we would've had more time to enjoy. Our schedules were super busy this weekend. I would recommend this place to stay in the future.

This is a lovely, quiet space outside of town with the best neighbors - sheep, cows and a few donkeys. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing home to spend my week visiting my old hometown of Joplin at. Everything that I needed was on hand including a hot tub which my arthritis appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would also stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This place was like an oasis in the middle of Missouri. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us. The kids had everything they needed for fun and entertainment and I was able to relax and enjoy true serenity. There wasn’t a single thing missing from the experience. You will love it!

Stayed here to watch my daughter play in the high school golf state championship. Very nice and the host recommended nice restaurants in the area. Would stay again if in the area.

Very relaxing stay and enjoyed the hot tub and pool which were clean and hot tub perfect temp!! Plenty of space for our coach’s clinic to hold meeting for discussion for the upcoming season! We will definitely return again!! The host was wonderful and responds promptly

The MAIN complaint is how I was treated by the host. She was rude when I had to reach out, had a very unprofessional voicemail, and was sitting in the driveway at checkout. The hot tub did have some grime built up, and when I noticed it, it gave me the ick.

Hey Valerie! Thanks for your review. I definitely wasn’t trying to be rude, so sorry I made you feel that way. My phone is my personal phone and the voicemail is my daughter’s voice when she was very young and I’ve just kept it because I think it’s cute. In regards to the hot tub, we do have it cleaned and water changed regularly so I will definitely follow up on that feedback and make adjustments! The person waiting in the driveway was the cleaner and she just likes to be early and chill in her car until she is needed.

We were working on a family farm for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay at this home. It was on the outskirts of the city and was very quiet. The host was responsive and our teenager loved the pool.
