Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom cottage that beautifully blends classic coastal charm with modern comfort. Tucked away on a picturesque side street in the heart of downtown, you’ll be just steps from Ogunquit’s top shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and the scenic Marginal Way is only a quick 2-minute stroll. This home offers an ideal setting for your stay in one of Maine’s most charming seaside towns.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living area with a large, comfortable sectional. With high ceilings and hardwood floors, the open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area with a generous table. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and stylish SMEG kitchenware. The cabinets are stocked with quality dishes, cookware, and all the kitchen essentials.

This home features three cozy bedrooms and one bathroom: two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one with a full-sized bed. Each bedroom offers luxe linens, new mattresses, and storage space.

Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, and the home has two dedicated parking spaces.

As a top destination, you`ll find that everything you need is within walking distance. Ogunquit is a vibrant seaside town with beautiful beaches, charming local shops, and outstanding restaurants.
