Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please DON'T lock the handle locks, only the Yale lock on the doors. Ensure the windows are closed and locked.
Turn off the garage light but leave the porch light on.
Please make sure the garage door opener is on the counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The thermostat is locked so the AC can't go below 72 (or it negates my warranty) and the heat can't go above 80.
If you stay more than 12-14 days we come to clean: toilets, floors, sinks, tubs, light dusting
An extra person is $38/night. You can request early/late check in/out based on availabilty, pricing is up to $50

Stop over on cross country trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-night stay at this very nice Ft. Lupton home.It was roomy and comfortable and in a great location. It has a great garage, allowing you to keep your car packed up! We highly recommend!

Ft Lupton is close to Denver but still far enough away to be "in the country" a bit.

I built all the furniture myself. I love meeting new people and trying to create an environment that is relaxing and hospitable.
