Our family of four had a great stay. Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Easy check in and prompt communication with any questions we had. House was clean and had everything we needed for this summer vacation including beach chairs. House was large but living areas felt cozy which is what we were looking for. We hope to return some day.

A beautiful house in a spectacular location. The house is also very thoughtfully appointed with excellent quality beds, lovely linens, towels, appliances, an excellent kitchen, many good beach chairs, even shampoo, conditioner, shower gel in the baths. A truly lovely vacation with experienced and thoughtful hosts. A truly great and memorable vacation.

The house was lovely - clean and well-equipped for cooking. Being right on the water was the star attraction. We had the window open to listen to the waves as we fell asleep at night. There were lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the outdoors.

This is a beautiful home and fantastic location! It is quiet and peaceful with easy beach access. The town of Scituate is adorable with plenty of dining options. We would definitely stay again, but would plan for a longer stay!

We stayed here for a bookclub retreat and it was everything we wanted and more. The views are stunning! The house was clean and beautiful. Everyone slept comfortably and the host was very communicative. Everyone said they'd come back and stay in this exact location again. 10/10!

The house was absolutely stunning!! Kim & Dave were responsive to all my requests leading up to the weekend as well as while we were there! The view from this house is incredible in itself, and the space was so clean. We had a great time and plan to stay here again someday!

The house was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfect for our Bookclub getaway weekend with 10 friends. Parking was tricky with all the snow and the owners were incredible accommodating and communicative about it. All in all a sincerely top notch stay that I would book again in a heartbeat.

Every year our family (all 12 of us!) takes a family vacation at a different beach destination. Our time in Scituate was one of the best! The house is absolutely beautiful w breathtaking views & gorgeous sunsets. The beach is a 5 min walk & very quiet & private. The town is quaint & not crowded w cute places to shop. The house had every amenity, we cooked dinner every night & ate looking out at our panorama view of Massachusetts Bay. The owners were always in communication and ready to help at a moments notice. Parking was plentiful, no problems. We filled up the beds, all very comfortable! Definitely bring water shoes if you want to wade out behind the house - lots of rocks, Water was clear & beautiful to swim in. Highly recommend this unique spot.

Beautiful ocean front luxury house

This is a great house for a group of family or friends. Super well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with nice views, ample parking, good distance from neighboring houses, and overall a luxury vacation rental experience. Not far from Scituate harbor or North Scituate, and 3A.

Awesome stay

We spent 5 days at this beautiful property along the seaside for a family reunion. It was simply amazing. The endless ocean views, the sounds of the ocean as we slept, being in the hot tub while enjoying the views, the many nooks and crannies to get away and chill was spectacular. We had 13 people and we all were very comfortable enjoying our time together. The location was perfect. We spent day trips in the city on the cape and at Martha’s Vineyard. Simply perfect.

First of all, this home sits on the best site with incredible views all around. The home itself is clean, modern, well-furnished and perfect for our family gathering.The gas fireplace was a cozy gathering spot each morning for coffee before we ventured off. A lot of laughs and catching up with family members coming together from both Coasts. (Easy access back & forth from Logan Airport and simple parking at the house for multiple cars). The kitchen has all you need. The coffee/tea setup was stocked and top-notch. Bathrooms, towels, etc. we’re perfecto.Maybe the best feature for this Waterfront Estate was the uber responsive questions and answers from the 5 Star hosts, who checked in consistently and made sure we were settled in for a great long weekend.I’d love to stay here again!

Amazing getaway weekend!!!!

Book this house! Beautiful property RIGHT on the water. Stunning out-of-this-world views, exceptionally furnished, very clean, modern, everything you could want and more! Have your morning coffee outside on the porch taking in the ocean scenery, then go for a walk in the lovely neighborhood and on the beach nearby, pop into town for lunch and a little shopping in cute shops, check out the lighthouse, head home to play games and do puzzles by the fireplace, cook a delicious dinner, fall asleep to the sounds of wind and waves. Perfection. If you are debating whether or not to book this house, do it right away! You will have a wonderful stay!

Incredible property!

We rented this home for family and filled the 5 bedrooms (all adults over 18). The home was perfectly suited for a large group and accommodated us very comfortably. The amenities at this house are unlike any I've experienced at my many stays in a VRBO rental. Everything was high end! The beds were comfortable, there were tons of linens, pillows and anything and everything you needed. The photos do not do it justice. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning listening to the waves crash on the beach. Everyone raved about the home and I'd go back in a second should the need arise. I HIGHLY recommend this property.
