Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, our townhome is the perfect spot to get away and enjoy the beach. With 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, great kitchen, comfortable living room, and a balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for your use. Bug bucket of beach towels too! We have the essential amenities like WiFi and central heat and air. And a Margarita machine. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Lovely condo! The furnishings are up to date and it is decorated perfectly. Close to everything you need, want, or would like to see. Just loved this place.Pool and beach right out the door!

The location was perfect - great view of the ocean from the balcony, super close walk to the beach, a few restaurants and the pier (Wednesday market was fun). The property manager Morgan was very accommodating with check in and out. We had everything we needed (beach perks were great - cooler, chairs, beach towels, sun shade, etc.) and it was a comfortable place to spend time that was clean with nice decor. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great condo! Close to the beach and food. We walked to breakfast and dinner everyday and got ice cream right next door. The Diner down the street has great breakfast food and the donut/bagel place next door had a good variety and excellent coffee. Having all the beach items made going to the beach convenient since we flew in. I will say there are lots of steps in total getting up to condo and all beds on 2nd floor. Definitely got our steps in. Patio was great for listening to the ocean and watch the sun rise. We did have to keep up with a key for the door. We would definitely stay again.

This was one of our favorite stays to date in St. Augustine. We are a family of four - our children are 3 and 5. We really needed our stay to be as easy as possible for the kids and this was perfection. The view from our room was beautiful, the sound of the waves at night was magic, and the provided amenities made this stay incredibly easy. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants and a short drive away from Publix. Truly a spectacular stay. Don't hesitate and miss the opportunity to stay at the beautifully maintained condo.

Great oceanfront condo in St Augustine Beach

We spent several days at this property and had a great time. Location is perfect as is oceanfront and walkable to restaurants and the pier. The owners provided everything needed including beach towels. With two parking spaces included, a pool and the beach, you really can't go wrong. Only about a 10 minute drive to downtown St Augustine!

Outstanding location. Nice space in the unit although bathrooms are very small with no counter space. Could use some updating and TLC with better quality and more organized pots/pans/odds and ends. Note that shampoo, bath soap etc is not provided. Property manager is very nice and responsive.

The place was super clean. I love the decor especially all the St Augustine artwork. I was obsessed with the Flamingo Lamp. The condo was in a great location and could walk to restaurants and of course ice cream places. The beach was amazing and close to the pier. The pool was not over crowded and was enjoyed by most of the guest. We loved the place and will definitely be back on our next stay vacation. The balcony was amazing. My hubby was out on it all the time.

Clean condo, comfortable furniture, all the necessary amenities, beach view, pool front, good location, 3 restaurants across the street, 2 miles to amphitheater, 5 miles to Saint George Street. It has a hotel feel with people coming and going. No security except for your locked doors.

We live in rural Connecticut in UCONN territory. We love to travel and explore the well known and off the beaten path too! We have traveled extensively with our 3 children. From the Tower of London to hiking in Hawaii, and everything inbetween making awesome memories.

Why they chose this property

My 3 brothers and I spent all my childhood summers on my parent’s boat in Mystic, Connecticut. Each weekend we traveled to all the New England islands on the boat. My husband grew up spending summers on the Rhode Island beaches. We are both drawn to the ocean. I attended Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island and loved the experience, especially falling in love with my husband there. For our oldest child’s 25th birthday we took a family trip to St. Augustine Beach! It reminded us of Newport, a place we hold dear to our hearts. When we decided to purchase a vacation home St. Augustine was an easy choice.
